It was 72°F from morning till night and rained lightly almost all day. Just before bedtime, the wind picked up and we dropped into the upper 60s.
Being with Rebecca was like a dream. She was in a good mood the entire day, napped late (she wasn’t going to nap, but fell asleep as soon as I rocked her), talked more, played hard, communicated… Watched Super Bowl XLVI.
As usual with big football games, my wife and I made predictions for the final score prior to the kickoff of the BCS National Championship. Hers: Auburn 37, Oregon 23 Mine: Auburn 27, Oregon 21 Actual: Auburn 22, Oregon 19 So, in a rare occurrence, my prediction was closer. :-)

After a cooler than average spring, yesterday was the hottest day of the year (high: 92°F) until today’s record high of 96°F. Had a pretty good day with Rebecca (scroll down for photos).
