Over the past several days, Rebecca has vacillated back and forth between two naps per day and one nap a day, as if unsure which works better for her. It doesn’t seem related to how long or well she sleeps at night. But her night sleeping has improved.
We got enough rain yesterday and the previous night to make up for several of the dry months last year. Hopefully, our aquifers are filling back up. The last few days, Rebecca did something to her sleeping pattern that we can’t figure out. She’d almost settled into a one-nap per day rhythm and was waking up only once or twice at night. After a cooler than average spring, yesterday was the hottest day of the year (high: 92°F) until today’s record high of 96°F. Had a pretty good day with Rebecca (scroll down for photos).
